I looked round, but there was only whiteness.
'This could be the end of pain, the end of everything.'
'The end of love?'
'Yeah. Like the Florence song.'
I thought for a second.
'That's a good song.'
'Damn straight.'
Thinking again ... 'I like the music though. And the people. And the dancing, and the growing. I know it can hurt, but I think it's worth it. It's gotta be worth it, it's gotta all tie up somehow, right? This can't be the end, not really, not forever.'
