067: A Grin That Says it All
Our fingers intertwine and you look at me. You grin. You still feel that way? If anyone asked, I would not be able to say for certain that you spoke out loud, but I read it in the grin. Shit-eating, some might call it. I prefer smug. Because you are smug. In all the years I have known you, each time you have realised something I thought I had tucked away safely, you have been smug. You do not always say it out loud, but we both know at a glance. Even though I feel my face heat up, I grin too.
