068: The Palettes of Life
A painter's palette is great. It's filled with colours—pure, mixed, watered out—and says so much about the work the painter is undertaking. Yellows and browns could be a field of sunflowers or a warm sunset, and greens and blues could be a rain-filled forest or a warm lagoon. There could be portraits or cityscapes, abstract art or impressionist art, experimenting, traditions, or a little bit of everything. The painting could be large or small, dull or bright. And it can all be read in the palette. How exciting, then, that the palette of every painter is different.
