126: Who Found Strength in a Day?
It's generally accepted that we don't find physical strength in a day. It's something we go out of our way to build, until we become so used to going out of our way that it becomes part of our routine. If we change the routine and stop building, the strength weakens. So why do we expected ourselves to just have all sorts of other strengths?
